Matt and I got to go skiing with some friends from Lubbock, Kathy and Cary Eubanks. Matt and Kathy were in school together in Lubbock. She is now a pathology resident and her husband is the Gin manager for Slaton. They are true friends. We can always catch up right where we left off from the last time we saw them, no matter how long it has been. Here are some pics of us skiing on Lake Alan Henry. While you're looking at the pictures you can imagine how sore we were afterward. We haven't been in over 5 years!!! But we did surprisingly good. Matt skied, wakeboarded, and kneeboarded. and was good at all of them. I kneeboarded for the first time. Got up pretty easily. It was pretty fun while I was on the board, but then I busted hard. I mean went white and then realized I was underwater and didn't know which way was up. Good thing lifejackets are made to take you to the top!!! I opted out of kneeboarding the rest of the day. However, I did ski and it was tons of fun.
